At Andiata, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
